If I can’t do the breakfast one day, is a healthy breakfast shake okay? What recipes do you recommend?

Breakfast shakes are a great healthy alternative to a regular breakfast. I usually have trouble eating right after waking up and usually skip breakfast.
Juices using cucumbers, coconut water, mint, lemons juice (helps in hydration)
Consider an apple for breakfast and a cereal bar as well

1 egg (no butter, no oil) + 1/3 avocado + 2 slice of bread + nuts + almonds + 1 american coffee + 1 glass of home made orange juice

Yeah! A smoothie is a perfect idea! Really just experiment. Bananas, frozen fruit (strawberries, peaches, pineapples, blueberries, etc.), cucumbers, spinach, milk, water, yogurt, ice, protein powder, nuts, and coconut anything are all great choices. Get creative!
