I need to do hip stretches

Hips stretches: the figure four, kneeling on one knee and shift weight forward, cross leg over and reach one arm and hand across the body.
The best hips stretches are gentle and slow, take your time and lean into it. First thing in the morning is nice or if you sit alot during the day.

I found a great 5 movement morning routine from Critical Bench. It specializes on the hips, they also have a 5 movement evening one that is great if you have to sit in a chair must of the day or for anyone.
