I need some good breakfast ideas. Have any good ones?

Protein or whole grain fiber. Anything that is slow to digest so you stay full all the way through to lunch. Try to avoid anything sugary as it burns off quickly and will leave you feeling tired and munchy.

Start with a cup of tea, fresh fruit, and a couple of slices of toast. A bowl of oatmeal is simple, easy, and very filling as well. I hope this helps.
