Well, for starters go simple. Find exercises that you can do in 30 minutes or less, that works on the different body parts you want to improve. You’ll find out it’ll be easier to do and easier to stick to. My whole exercise routine from full body workout to face exercises is about 45 minutes give or take.

This is what works with me. I will do stretched and/or Pilates in the morning as soon as I wake up. Then after I get home from the day I’ll run a mile or 2. Mainly jogging and at a consistent 10’26 pace. So not too fast or slow, something I can sustain for a long time for a good burn. Then every other day I do a HITT workout after the run. I rest on the weekends for my body to relax and recover. Having a variety of exercises and different types works best for me because I never get bored.
