Eggs contain a lot of nutrients, but also include cholesterol and saturated fat, which can increase inflammation and chronic diseases. It is much more common to suffer from lack of fiber than lack of protein, so aim to choose more whole grains, nuts, seeds, fruit and vegetables. Oatmeal, whole grain breads or cereals with berries/fruit and perhaps nuts and seeds or nut butter

I honestly have no idea, but I can spit some theories if that would help! I know that there is a lot of protein in eggs that is really good for you, but I also know that too much of anything is going to be a problem. It depends on what your definition of “too much eggs” is… I am thinking that an egg a day wouldn’t really be a huge problem, but if you decide to eat three eggs per meal for weeks then that might become an issue. I also think it depends on how you cook them.

I feel like having too much of any thing is unhealthy.. Just take what u need and leave the rest soo yeah I think it's unhealthy to eat too many eggs
