There is couple of choices but I suggest bread, cheese and walnuts. Also you can make a smoothie or shake night before like milk and banana, honey and nuts. Another suggestion, a banana or an apple or any other full-fiber fruit is a good choice as well

Well, something you could do is you could try making the breakfast the day before. However, if you don't want to do that, a granola bar or a fruit would be good to have in the morning, such as a banana. You could eat it on the way to school.
