I find it hard to disconnect in the evenings, as I do most of my work on my tablet. Any recommendations on what else I can do at home without blue light?
You can start readin a book or magazine or you can have a nice hot shower or relaxing meditation and short yoga class before sleep. Always do some streching before bedtime and as first thing in the morning when you wake up.
