I don’t usually feel hungry the first couple hours that I’m awake, which is when I would have time for breakfast. I prefer a fresh breakfast at home to an “on-the-go” lunch later. Any strategies or tips for regulating body’s clock earlier?

You could try not having a super heavy breakfast, just some light stuff to get you going. Then you could do that every day and eventually your body will have gotten used to you eating at that time. Then you could try adding more to it or not. Sorry if this doesn't help I'm not a professional.
