I am currently fasting for weight loss, how do you feel about skipping breakfast?

I don’t think it’s a huge deal. If you want to, go for it! But it’s not for me. I’ve always suffered from negatively skipping meals, so I try to get all three every day. But it definitely works for some people and I’m 100% encouraging you to try it out! If it doesn’t work or if it’s negatively impacting your mental health, you can always stop. That’s what I did. BUT IT WORKS! For some people it works wonders. So I say give it a whirl!

I used to never eat breakfast and it never made a difference on my weight. I have depression related issues where I overeat then go to sleep that led to my weight gain. I take medication in the morning and need to eat. I’m making changes by making myself eat something low in fat after drinking water and taking my morning medication to prevent me from eating a huge meal late in the day thus not giving myself the opportunity to exercise it off or properly digest my food
