Start small. If you're new to practicing meditation, start with meditating just for 3 minutes. Once you become comfortable with this you can slowly increase your duration. Have a mechanism that'll help you track your habit. Make sure this is kept somewhere that's closer to you, so that you feel motivated and also get reminded to do it.
