I workout out about 3 times a week. I always include cardio, not that I am trying to get big or lose weight. But it helps with endurance and muscles in your hips, quads, hamstrings, shins, and calves.
I have worked up to a routine where I do a minimum of 10mins of working out every day, often times going for 30mins if I’m feeling neutral, on a good day about an hour! As I’m mainly exercising for my mental health and to keep my body in-shape (not build muscle necessarily) I do cardio most of the time. I’d be willing to do strength training, I just need to find a way to incorporate it into my exercise that I already do
