I haven't read much in the past few months, but this week I'm trying to read a few pages a day 🙂 But I've always loved reading and I have a relatively big library!
Since each night I unplug from technology for half an hour, I spend 20 minutes of that time reading nightly. The rest I spend doing other things before bed. Personally I find reading nightly for that short period of time is a perfect balance so that way you don’t get bored of it, rather than having a reading marathon.
I read usually at least once a day for as little and 10 minutes to as long as 3 hours. I think that reading is amazing for you and even if you dont read for very long, just a little amount of reading is good.
