I always sleep eight hours, and not always feel refreshed after this. During the two years of living on this schedule, I haven't figured out the logic yet.
Some days it doesn't matter how many hours i sleep, i won't feel refreshed. I could have 6, even 8 or 9 hours of sleep, it would not be enough. So i try to work on the quality of my sleeping rather than the numbers. Bedtime routines and habits can have a huge impact on your sleep, so be careful what you do before heading to bed.
