I have not actually gone back and read any of my journals. I want to give myself time to grow enough to see a change so I will typically wait a year or two before going back and reading. If I am having a rough time with my mental health however, I may go back and read my journals to remind myself there are good things in life.

I usually wait a month and then usually do a monthly check up! It gives me a way to look at my sleep schedule my feelings from the month and my eating habits also it makes me feel like I’m freeing myself fans making a new chapter in my life
Honestly at first I didn’t know I could read my journal. And even now I don’t really know how to get to it. So unless I’m writing in my journal I don’t really read it.
