I no longer think about the traditional meals for breakfast. Rather, if I was in a hurry, I ate something quickly from the refrigerator or a sandwich of eggs, and if I had time, I ate one of the fruits at my leisure with delicious milk. The most important thing I focus on is that I finish eating and the food is healthy.
I usually try and hit all major food groups and make sure that I have at least 4 colors in there! Veggies can go in ANYTHING, especially bell pepper.
