How do you meditate at work without being perceived as “dozing off”?

I usually make tea or do a couple of short stretches and then continue working. If I’m really tired, I drink water or get a snack to boost my energy.

Being aware and paying attention. As opposed to just trying to relax as much as possible. The ability to pay attention to your consciousness and focusing on that will prevent you from falling asleep.
