I think through actively visualising and allowing my mind to create is a good way to still keep awareness whilst meditating

I will tell myself to follow the meditations until the end to get best result for myself. And i believe that by keep follow it can give something better for me. Last but not least i put a trust on this meditations to get myself healthier.
I usually do it right after physical activity : like 20 pushups or jumping jacks. Especially if right when I wake up, I do some physical activity first, then meditate
