i used to forget, all the time. now that i have changed my phone i just have a widget put in the front page with the quote of the day so that i can click on it and be on the app whenever i see fit. i think a good idea is also to set a reminder when you know you don’t do anything, everyday at the same hour. since i still use my phone before bed (just self help apps, not socials or games or anything else that might distract me from my mindful minutes) i started putting an alarm that rings everyday at the same time so that i can never forget. hope it’s helpful <3
