I usually write it down, the exact task and time I'm going to do it at, one evening before.
For example: Tomorrow 15:30 I will clean my closet.
The best would be to set an alarm and if you don't feel motivated enough just think about how happy you will be once the task is done

This task would probably fall in the “delegate” quadrant. If it’s not important enough to be prioritized, but still needs to be done, then that’s probably a task you may want to delegate to someone else.
