Well i like to Think that they have other stuff to be overwhelmed about 🙂 we all can feel like that but in different parts of our life. It dosnt make you lazy or less of a person 🙂 maybe if you really are interested in running ask if you maybe once a week can run with them and slowly build up. Hope this helps
