I don't force myself, it's a habit, and if I don't eat breakfast I have a bad day. If I just could feel the same way about the things I have not yet habituated, life would be great!

I prepare things the evening before so I am not set up for failure. That way I don't have to over think and I can make myself a simple healthy breakfast a form new habits. Try it!! I think it will help.

Most of the time i don't cook it's because of the rush but if i had the time i say to myself that this meal is going to make me energetic and not hungry the whole day cuz usually breakfast has more benefits than other meals,but if i don't have the time i grab some fruits like dates,apple,guava,etc….
