How do you exercise everyday? I have reminders and I try sometimes I just don’t feel like it.

I do exercise early at morning for 5 minutes and after work at the evening 3 days a week. You must create a routine based in an activity you like. In my past I did jogging, now I go to the gym. When I finish, I feel proud of myself, excited and motivated.
