I always enjoyed reading, so I didn’t really have to choose to have the habit of reading. Reading has a lot of benefits to the mind and one you find a book that interests you, you’ll love it!. so start by reading at least one chapter a day of any book, and you’ll slowly start to form that habit. I personally read cause I love fiction and feel like books transport me to another worlds, it feels like flying honestly. Maybe I’m exaggerating, but that’s just how I feel. You can not only read fiction books, but there’s educational book too! I’ve learn so much out of philosophy, and psychology books!
