How do you eat your oatmeal?

Hans dieter Göller
I make all of breakfasts for the week on Sunday. 1/2 c oats or muslix, 1/2 c fruit, 1 t chia seeds, 1 c plain Greek yogurt, a little water. Stick it in a the refrigerator and I’ve given myself a gift for every morning

Tammy Day
Depends on my mood. Sometimes with peanut butter, strawberries and bananas. Sometimes just the fruit and some honey. When I was little my grandma would make me oatmeal with milk and sugar and sometimes put cinnamon and raisins in there.

Anthony Hamilton
Typically, I have my oatmeal plain, cooked either in the microwave or the rice cooker. Sometimes I add milk to help with the consistency if it is too thick, and on occasion, I will also add fruit such as raspberries!

Bradley Hughes
I way my oatmeal with milk and brown sugar. Probably not the healthiest of choices, but it does get me to eat it more often.

Daryl Roberts
I try to avoid eating dairy at the moment so will mix my oats with water. Add a handful each of blueberries & raspberries and chop up one banana. I’ll also add a teaspoon of coconut oil for added flavour, if I’m in a hurry I’ll also add some peanut butter and blend all together so I can drink my breakfast on the go.

Toni Johnson
With a little bit of honey. Sometimes I’ll take out some frozen berries from the super market and put them in before heading to work. By the time I get there they have thawed!

Orósio Araújo
I eat oatmeal in a form of pancake , crepes, cookies and bread. I ground oatmeal and use it as a substitute of flour. Beside, I also make overnight oatmeal with flavoured protein powder, fruits, seeds and nuts

Zoé Brunet
I mix in a vegan protein powder, sprinkle it with cinnamon, coconut flakes, and ground flaxseed and too with blueberries. Delicious and has whole grains, healthy fats, and protein.

Stjepan Bendel
I hardly eat oatmeal. But when I do I either prep it night before as overnight oats with granola, honey and a little vanilla. Or hot- a little sugar and vanilla. Dash of granola.

Elias Mortensen
I used to eat with yogurt but now cuz I have a allergy to it I can’t eat it with it so I replace it with coconut milk or almond milk

Valdinélia Peixoto
I only eat steel cut oatmeal. These days I only eat it if I prep it in the slow cooker the night before. I’ve been thinking of adding it to a fruit salad.

Vanessa Caldwell
I make my oatmeal on the stove. I use rolled oats and throw whatever berries I have into it. Usually strawberries, raspberries and blueberries. Occasionally I'll also add maple syrup to sweeten it more

Ernest Fletcher
If time is short, microwavable oatmeal in a bowl with a bit of water, and a few minutes later you’re done. Easy. If there’s a bit more time and want to indulge, Alton Brown’s way is sublime.

Jeremy Matthews
I usually eat it with yogurt, or I make some recipes like cakes! I like so much this one: two spoons of oatmeal, one egg, one or two spoons of chocolate powder and one banana. Put it in a cup and 1 or 1:30 in the microwave.

Bob Dunn
I have instant oatmeal that is Maple and brown sugar. Although, it is a very low sugar count. I use hot water from a teapot.

Natalie Rohe
I use the Kroger instant and always try to find the brand with the least amount of sodium. When i try to make our healthier kind, it ALWAYS makes a mess in the microwave. But I do add peanut or almond butter and some raisins when I make the no-flavor kind.

Frida Thöne
Quick cook oats microwaved for a minute then I add pure maple syrup with cinnamon and if there's any leftover freeze dried apple bits or powder left in the package I'll use that up too. If I want some crunch I chop up some walnuts to add. Note: if you want to put chia seeds in as well, add it to the top like a garnish.

Sophia Sullivan
With milk, in the microwave if I have little time or on the stove if I have time. With brown sugar or frozen red fruits depending on what I have left

Theresa Watson
This week I tried over night oats and my favorite preparation is soaked overnight with chia seeds in almond milk and then topped with blueberries and sugar or honey.

Alwina Welker
Actually I dont take oatmeal for breakfast. I prefer brown bread with halloumi or cheese and kakao cream -insread of butter, with an egg or nuts and apple. I also usually eat my breakfast with a cup of tea.

Tobias Jørgensen
Warm up oats in vegetable broth. Add some soy sauce and bring to simmer. Add.corm, beans, and green onions. Trust me, this is amazing.

Taimara Da rosa
Oatmeal is awesome with a dash of cinnamon and then a tbsp or two of peanut butter [[spread on top, not mixed in]]

Overnight oats are also great: 1/4 cup oats, approx the same amount of oat/almond/dairy/coconut milk & Greek yogurt. You can also add mix ins like chia seeds, flax seeds, blueberries, raspberries, dark choc chips, cocoa powder, etc. as you feel to spice it up!

Janet Hale
I eat overnight oats. I have tried many different flavors & love that they are easy. I can prep a bunch of the base then add different dried fruits or flavored yogurts & spices to change my flavors.

Romain Gonzalez
I combine oats, flaxseeds, chia seeds, yogurt, frozen fruit, and milk in a container the night before and place it in the refrigerator. In the morning, there's no need to cook it, I just take it out and it's ready to eat.

Lice Da conceição
I typically make overnight oats with protein powder, almond milk, sliced almonds, cinnamon and some type of fruit, such as an apple or banana

Kim Alexander
Depending on the season, I make either overnight topped with nuts, flax, spices, maple syrup and yogurt or hot, whipped oats (to make it creamy) with berries, flax, and hemp. I usually try to focus my meals around essential nutrients and what will help we maintain muscle.

Silas Nielsen
First I soak oats in milk along with almonds, walnuts and chia seeds, for 30 minutes. It helps oats, chia seeds and nuts in absorbing milk and then it is easy to cook them. Then I cook it on medium flame while constantly stirring it. So it is warm enough for immediate consumption. I add honey and banana(optional) to make it tastier and appealing. You could try any other fruit too.

Lilaine Cavalcanti
Two ways:
1. Put them in a small non-stick pot, add water or milk, let them boil for 5 minutes, then add fruits or other toppings.
2. The evening before, put them in a jar with a lid, together with water or milk and other ingredients. Keep the closed jar in the fridge all night and eat them in the morning.
This is the best for when you are in a hurry.

Rasmus Jensen
I make it with soy milk and grate in fresh ginger while it cooks. I add in stewed apple to serve it, sometimes with a little bit of brown sugar. Yum!

Sibylla Heins
I like to eat apple cinnamon flavored oatmeal. If you want to customize your own, you can add walnuts, almonds, Craisins and brown sugar. Add in any flavors you want!

Amy Kelley
I like it with a little bit of brown sugar and maple syrup. When it’s ready to go, I sprinkle a little Maldon salt on top!

Vincent Lewis
I make quick oats in water and add about 2 tablespoons of this probiotic yogurt, 1 tablespoon of honey, and a whole sliced banana. The probiotic yogurt has a bit of a sour taste, so Greek yogurt might make a good replacement. I haven’t tried that combo yet though, so don’t quote me on that.

Amelia Patterson
Well instead of putting water I put milk while cooking my oats and I add honey it, (cause honey is 100 times better than sugar). Plus you can add some fruits if u like.

Sesinando Silveira
With fruit! Berries, apples, bananas! Add your favourite fruits to your oatmeal to add a spark of happy energy to the start of your day!

Woldemar Moor
I love to eat my oat meal with raisins, gogi berries, fresh fruit, and a little bit of monk fruit sweetener and almond milk. Great way to start my day!

Meghan Elliott
With diced dried fruits, chia seeds, ground hazelnut, cinnamon and cold milk. Maybe some maple syrup/honey if I need the extra sugar. If you like your oats soft refrigerate as long as you want.

Susanna Davidson
I cook them 1 part oats, 2 parts milk, add some flavour, like ground vanilla, cinnamon or lemon zest, cook till there is almost no liquid. Then top them with some fruits, nuts, nut butter, seeds, honey or whatever I have in that moment.

Fred Myers
Organic 1 minute oatmeal with filtered water, 1/2 organic banana, organic dried cranberries, organic dried walnuts and fresh organic blueberries!

Gaël Renaud
I usually like to have it with fruit. I keep it simple so it’s easier to keep up the habit. If no fruit is available, I like cinnamon. I drink some plain coffee with it, which seems to pair well. Together, they are delicious.

Grace Jones
I make my oatmeal very dense. I use less milk. Then after the oatmeal is done, I add fresh fruit, brown sugar, chia seeds, and then add more milk

Maëlys Olivier
I love my oatmeal warmed up. I just get the tasty packets but it’s delicious for early morning on the go.
Or over night oats are delicious as well with almond milk. Always almond milk (:

Hector Larson
I eat my oatmeal with boiled milk, adding some honey, cinnamon and sometimes peanut butter instead of honey. After it's warmer up I also add fruit or berries, also some rye seeds

Maëva Louis
I mix in a little sugar, cinnamon, flax, and sometimes fresh fruit if I have it. I do minute oats and cook them in the microwave or with boiling water. This is the easiest for me because I have to get my daughter and I out the door early.
