How do you choose what’s best exercise for today?

I have a routine. Having played sport at an elite level I utilise much of the information I learnt from that environment. The most critical contributor to the decision is to listen to your body. If you’re run down, tired, or sore, it’s best to modify the session. This ensures you stay happy and healthy and minimise the risk of injury. It is also important to mix up the routine to ensure that it remains engaging and it doesn’t burn you out
