How do you block out surrounding noises? I get so distracted.

Even I have faced this problem I used to get angry and frustrated because of these noises. Now I found some solutions for the same.
– I generally wake up at 4am when everyone is asleep strech and meditate so that I will not get distracted easily and start my work.
Some people feel more focused at night so you can try both and find the best for you.
– Sometimes when there isn't any option I put on my headphones and listen to some calming music 🎶.
– You should also meditate everyday and do some concentration exercises to improve it.
