Even I have faced this problem I used to get angry and frustrated because of these noises. Now I found some solutions for the same. β I generally wake up at 4am when everyone is asleep strech and meditate so that I will not get distracted easily and start my work. Some people feel more focused at night so you can try both and find the best for you. β Sometimes when there isnβt any option I put on my headphones and listen to some calming music πΆ. β You should also meditate everyday and do some concentration exercises to improve it.
