How do motivate yourself to eat better?

I try and add it to my morning routine so I don’t forget it because when I used to do was always forget and it didn’t help and then I’ll be starving until lunchtime so make sure to add breakfast to your morning routine and make sure it something quick and easy and not something that will take eternity to make like avocado on toast cereal eggs omelettes etc thank you for your question .
