Set aan alarm an hour before you actually have to wake up, this way you can still snooze the hour and still wake up on time eventually.
I am very bad at this also. It has been a struggle of mine as well, but as soon as i wake up i dont think about me being tired or wanting more sleep, i think about all the ways i will feel better once i complete my morning routine. Then i get up and immediately start my morning ritual instead of moping around or sitting in bed. Then I have no time to think about how I'm tired or don't want to do it
