to succeed it is essential (for me) to have a routine to follow. I do yoga in the morning and before doing it first I have to drink a glass of water, have breakfast, do skincare and finally I do yoga. before starting my exercises I do 5 min. of meditation and that's it! I would also recommend to have some relaxing background music :))

I do it regularly before sleep or sometimes in the evening at 6 or 7 pm. Whenever I do it in evening i sometimes when i used to meditate in evening then i dont used to meditate at night
