I started with 7 minute stretching. Now I have a routine of doing 2 sets 2 times a day, currently working on three. Once i do a morning workout I need to do it again. It's kinda addictive, feeling the stretch and each day it gets less and less noticeable so you do another set and if you're not satisfied you add new things. I like it a lot. I don't like jumping around or running, I prefer yoga as it's really relaxing for me.
