Making doing the habit ridiculously easy. Like you have to actively say no, because it’s right in your face. Also, taking the harder habits one thing at a time and only adding when you’re not noticing the latest one anymore. Also, you will stop doing it sometimes. Sometimes for weeks or even months. Doesn’t matter. When you go back, it’ll be natural again. Just focus on doing the thing. Today. Maybe tomorrow. But definitely today.
