Yes because if you focus on the goal and complete it or of you don’t but still find the positive in life and learn to name those things that you are grateful for then Yes the change will be more obvious. However, No is also the way if you are only focusing on things you are grateful for when it’s time to type it in to the app. It will not be obvious then because you are not looking at it all day like you should be. It’s better to keep a log of what it is that you are grateful for as it happens or you see it or realize it. And you also much remember the small the things like a warm bed, a roof over your head, food to eat dail, a home, heat, air conditioning or central air, having children, having parents, being able to play, swim, sports, laundry, cook, clean, friends, family, love, faith, respect. The list goes on. You dont have to be grateful for tangible things only. But you need to recognize them witjout the app and be mindful everyday, all day to get and see results.
