Has anyone replaced meditation with workouts or vice versa?

I use to be against meditation, or reluctant to try because id never done so, and i honestly didn’t know how. The thought of it is silly. But yet , meditation is one of the most important, most helpful habits on this fabulous path, and it comes with a list of helping guided meditation practices in the app. If you just add it to your daily routine, maybe nighttime would be best for a person who’s mind is hard to quiet or has a busy morning. (Although those are the ppl that would benefit most from meditation) but just give it a try, just start with the 5min breathing one first , and work your way through the guided meditations on the app. Then google even more specific ones or special music for your background, or pink noise, little by little , even if you just call yourself “meditating “ for one minute every day. You will notice the difference and it will help. Especially those of us blessed with the superpower of attention “deficit “ disorder … we need to find time to quiet our minds and center ourselves daily (atleast) working out is also a very helpful habit and it is ok to work on first, but please plan to try meditation atleast one min a day for a week before you swear it off completely. You should always try something several different ways before you decide you don’t like it, or it doesn’t work… (learned that from Green Eggs & Ham-DrSuess)
