I can’t speak for the long-term benefits of drinking green tea, BUT I can attest to the mindful experience of enjoying a cup of matcha. It’s very grounding. The earthy scent and taste always feel like a connection to both nature and the world around me. Green tea is great for you and has so much research to back up why it’s good for your body, but the best part for me is the meditative enjoyment of it. There is peace in green tea that is all its own.
