Some I do take a cup of tea before brushing my teeth especially if I'm on a day off. On work days, it will be when I'm at work.

After breakfast, because i do brush at the end of the day before going to bed. So i brush it after breakfast before leaving for work so that it stays fresh whole time before i take lunch.
