Does anyone actually practice being grateful like have a routine for how they do it with themselves or is it just something that their mind tells them Oh hey I’m thankful for this?

Personally, I try to dedicate time to writing down what I’m grateful for, either on paper or as notes in the phone for convenience’s sake. It’s alright to repeat yourself, since the whole point is to be grateful for even the everyday thing. Regardless, you can either just think of what you’re grateful for or write it down, as long as you dedicate some time to practice gratefulness (easier said than done, but still lol).
