I always have a Fairlife Chocolate Protein Milk to take as my on-the-go breakfast. Pair with with a fruit like an apple or cutie orange is simple too.

I meal prep eggs on Sunday and heat them up during the week with my toast or low carb wrap for a to go sandwich. I just bake or fry the eggs on Sunday and then pop it in the air fryer when I’m ready to eat it

I prefer mostly an egg cheese omelet. This is quick to make and fills you for the rest of the morning. Or having something like salad with yoghurt is good too. I usually prefer having eggs in the morning for more energy.
