Do you drink coffee in the morning? Is it good?

Sometimes I drink coffee in the mornings! There is nothing wrong with having coffee on a morning! I definitely recommend matcha! It's nutrient rich and is a slow release energy drink!
If you enjoy coffee, that is okay! Try and have water or other drinks to compensate for the lack of hydration!
Coffee may be dehydrating and you may have an energy crash; make sure to drink plenty of water and eat/drink slow energy-releasing food/drink!
