I think a good option that you can eat fast in morning is some baked bread or yoghurt with cereals ,but not chocolate cereals))
Try to avoid the chocolate it's an advice for your healt. And if you're bored about eating fruits, try some of new healthly recipes that includes or not fruits and vegetables, and make your plate to look good that make you happy when you'll eat. I hope my answer helped you:)

Anything small and portable, usually i grab a croissant since that’s what’s always available but other times i grab a cup of yogurt, granola bars is another great quick energy booster so eating it as breakfast won’t hurt from time to time if on a time crunch

A croissant is always a good choice besides that you could also go grab a snack bar or two. For the best hunger-silencer i would always grab to my muesli and put some fruits in it. Do/eat what makes you feel full after your meal

You can easily make a smoothie. It’s really quick and good for you, depending on what you put in it. You also aren’t dirtying up too many dishes.
