No. In nosey areas my mind is distracted. It becomes a fight between focus n distraction which drives me nuts. I do better all around in quiet spaces
I think so yes, ideally it may be better to have some kinda ear plugs but I think if you focus on your body and breathing you can achieve a mindset that blocks out distractions. If no that’s ok to just acknowledge your mind drifting with no judgment and do your best to recenter yourself.
