If a habit have become automatic, do you still write it in My To Do

Bonnie Y.
If you have developed a rhythm or routine, an established form like PJs, teeth, toilet and deo, you may want to reference it in shorthand: Prep for sleep. Your anchors are still important to count, since they take some of your time and you need to build around them, but they may become less of a checklist item and more of a timestamp, a boundary of a time block that you still need to actively plan. Ultimately, writing them down is not required for success; a plan is a tool and not all tasks require a tool to be completed. You can just focus on what needs more help!
