I always come up with some thoughts of doing something and be afraid of forgetting it without doing it just then. Can a to-do list help with this?

Yes a list helps but also setting reminders for them and a time frame within which you can complete the work. I use fabulous’s reminders abd duration for the larger outline. And simultaneously I use 24/me to keep track of chores and schedules- calls, meetings, gym etc. The two have really helped me though I am struggling not to press the snooze button. It is like anything else, gotta build up that janit
