I guess it depends on your tasks but I do it until I complete it basically. Usually the tasks themselves on Fabulous have their own time limits if you want a guide for time. When I don’t feel like doing any of my tasks, through mindfulness and meditation, I’ve learned to shut down certain thoughts, and I mindlessly do the tasks. So, unfortunately I can’t help much in that regard, I overthink so much that when these tasks say “do this” and “do that,” I just do it without thinking or questioning it. Hopefully you can view it like that; the most important thing is that you can only change if you want to change.
