I find it difficult to get up early, go to work for 10-12 hours and come home with the energy to exercise.. (I’m a special education teacher). Any advice on how to power through? Thanks in advance!

the tiny active pauses are actually effective. 5 minutes mobility, 5 minute jumping jacks, 5 minute yoga session, couple more minutes stretching distributed through the day are really effective. keep up the good work and rest when you need to!
