Headspace is my app of choice – I love the layout, the different voices, the different types of exercise, the searchability for specifics and the new feature, Ebb, where you can type/talk to them about what you are feeling / the inking at the time and get real time responses. There are so many apps out there but Headspace is my number one. Try Radio Headspace on Spotify for a taste too.
