How do you inspire yourself to persevere when you have physical disabilities that make exercise difficult?

I Firstly give myself grace. Progress never is or should be perfect and I don’t always have enough spoons for exercise. (If you haven’t already heard of the spoon theory look it up! TLDR spoons=energy for daily tasks)
I have looked up different exercise videos for different energy level days.
On High Energy days I like to do a Just Dance style workout with my favourite songs, or go for a bike ride or long walk.
On Medium energy or “No time until Bedtime” days I have a video of a beginner workout which can be done on your bed. On very low energy days I do an extra long gentle stretching to help my body recover.
