I get what you’re saying. Every month the three days of my period are disastrous. I usually lie around the house on the first day…but there are days even the first day when I want to go for a walk, do simple exercises or just dance around the house. Honestly, listen to your body. I was told not to do anything strenuous when on my period. So if you really have to work out, just do simple workouts, yoga, walk around the block or dance around the house.
