Start tiny. One minute is better than nothing and most people can fit that into their day. Most apps have reminders or, otherwise, stick a few in your phone. Build really gradually and you‘ll find it easier. When I look at a 15 minute meditation – especially on a fidgety, busy day – I just think „no, it‘ll have to drop,“ but 1 minute is manageable most days and, often, once I‘m settled, I feel like doing a bit more. Also, tell yourself well done after every single session – you deserve it!
