I like loose leaf better because I am very passionate about tea and doing the different tea ceremonies which require loose leaf.

Loose leaf. The tea is fresher mean the flavor is better, but additionally the the leaves a freer and can be more agitated by movement in the water getting a greater release of molecules and stronger flavor.
