Why does the app have you eat breakfast before working out?

I don’t know about the app, but a little prr workout meal is a must for overall performance, you should take a light meal 45 minutes before workout for better energy and overall stamina during workout, as running a car without fuel is impossible,

Maybe itโ€™s because sometimes we forget to eat? Or dont have the time? And after working out, weโ€™re guaranteed to be famished and theres no way of skipping food
